Carrie Holloran
Biographical Info I see individuals who are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, body image issues, relational distress, spiritual issues, grief/loss, and eating disorders. Many of my clients are trying to cope with the effects of trauma in their life in addition to feelings of insecurity, perfectionism, self-hatred or shame. If any of this sounds like you, I want you to know that you are not alone and counseling can help. It takes great courage to seek counseling, and I can help you develop insight into yourself, learn new tools for coping, find your voice, and seek healing from your past. Additionally, I have over ten years of experience working with clients in eating disorder recovery and utilize a Haes and intuitive eating informed approach to recovery and treatment. My counseling approach is holistic and informed by the relationship between mind, body and soul. I strive to provide a compassionate and hope-filled experience for each of my clients. I draw from EMDR, IFS, attachment, and psychodynamic therapy, while also utilizing other tools tailored to each individual I work with. I am committed to helping you restore and live fully into who you are created to be and I would be honored to walk with you during this part of your story
