Biographical Info
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image distress, and anxiety. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and integrates evidence-based practices like EMDR and CBT. I support women navigating disordered eating with a lens of compassion, curiosity, and clinical care. I also offer faith-integrated therapy for clients seeking Christian-based counseling. My approach honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while gently addressing the roots beneath food and body struggles. In addition to individual therapy, I’m the creator of Darling, Arise, an online course helping moms raise daughters with confidence in their bodies and peace around food. I see clients virtually in Oregon and California.
