Hi there, I’m Daniella! I’m a registered dietitian in Portland, Oregon. My approach to nutrition counseling is grounded in weight inclusivity, fat positivity, and intuitive eating principles. I practice from an anti-diet lens which means I don’t prescribe to mainstream diet culture norms, instead I teach my clients how to tune into their own bodies more closely. My goal is to provide a supportive environment for clients to learn and grow in their relationship with food and body through identifying the root of the disordered eating and work on dismantling those beliefs together. I am passionate about creating an inclusive environment to provide care for all people of all backgrounds, sizes, and identities where my clients feel safe to share their story and journey. I have been working in the field as an eating disorder dietitian for two and a half years in an intensive outpatient setting where I supported clients on their road to recovery through individualized and group therapy.
