My name is Rose (she/her) and I am weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size™ (HAES™) aligned, Registered Dietitian in Bend, Oregon specializing in eating disorders care. Eating can be complicated, stressful, and overwhelming. My goal is to help you develop a positive relationship with food, movement, and your body so that you can fully participate and feel present in your life. I am fiercely passionate about providing equitable care for all humans. Every single body is welcome here. Talking about food and bodies is tough, and I strive to provide a compassionate and safe space for you to start exploring what it might be like to fully feel free.

(Not taking new clients) I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, such as social anxiety, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. Many people who come to see me also struggle with body image struggles and disordered eating. I am a certified eating disorder counselor that operates from a Health at Every Size perspective.

I am a multicultural POC therapist using somatic & talk therapy to help you work through barriers to connecting to your authentic self. I specialize in substance abuse, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and oppression-based difficulties. I utilize an attachment-based, relational approach to explore your struggles in the context of your personal relationships and larger social structures. You can expect our sessions to be collaborative, compassionate, and culturally-affirming. My eating disorder work is informed by the Health At Every Size (HAES) & Body Liberation frameworks.

Founded in 1996, Monte Nido specializes in the treatment of eating disorders for all genders and includes four distinct clinical programs: Monte Nido, Clementine, Rosewood and Walden. Local to Oregon are Monte Nido Rainrock and Portland adult residential, Clementine adolescent residential (with an additional Clementine adolescent program set to open in 2025), Eugene and Portland adolescent and adult PHP and IOP and virtual PHP and IOP. We accept Oregon Health Plan insurance along with most major commercial insurance carriers, including Kaiser, along with OHP, and are able to accept that coverage at our Rosewood (Arizona) programs. I am a licensed psychologist and registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience. I specialize in working with people with health-related issues.

Annika is trained as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has been practicing for 15 years. She creates an affirming and compassionate space to explore some of the most tender parts of ourselves. She is trained as an Intuitive Eating Counselor and has extensive training in Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Based practices. All people are welcome here. Together we can create a space for exploration and healing. We want to specifically state a welcome to all folks living in marginalized bodies. We work from an anti-oppression lens and feel strongly that we must openly acknowledge the privilege in our bodies and the power we hold as providers in order to do our best to create that healing environment.

Dr. Casey Carpenter is a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Carpenter offers a variety of treatment options, including pharmaceutical, western botanical, acupuncture, nutrition, and Chinese herbal interventions. While they work with a variety of patient populations and conditions, Dr. Carpenter has a special interest in LGBTQ health and in supporting mental health, chronic fatigue, chronic viral infections, chronic digestive issues and working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders or disordered eating patterns. Dr. Carpenter is a trauma-informed physician and is committed to a Health at Every Size approach.
