Hi! I'm Erin and I am a non-diet, weight-inclusive, Registered Dietitian providing telehealth to clients in Oregon! I am passionate about helping others to improve their relationship with food and health using weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy. I offer compassionate nutrition counseling to help clients experience freedom from food and discover peace in their body! I specialize in working with Pregnancy/Postpartum, Gestational Diabetes, PCOS, and Eating Disorders including Binge Eating, Anorexia, and Bulimia. My goal is to help my clients to work towards a healthier relationship with food and themselves to live a fully nourished life!
