Jamie Lee
Biographical Info I offer one-time visits and ongoing care in a supportive, weight inclusive environment to heal from diet culture, disordered eating and digestive distress. Sessions are collaborative, and encourage listening to your body wisdom, while holding space for and acknowledging body disruptors (trauma, oppression, illness). As a dietitian, I am here to help you navigate diet claims and food rules (what is true for you?), understand your own physiology (why does my body respond this way?) and develop a relationship to food and your body that aligns with your values and goals. Medical nutrition therapy is incorporated, as appropriate, to support blood sugar control, heart health, sports nutrition, digestion, including irritable bowel syndrome, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Food beliefs that cause anxiety and shame are also considered, as both can influence symptoms and well-being.
