I am a licensed mental health therapist in Oregon and Washington and provide in-person and virtual therapy in Portland, Oregon. I specialize in working with adults (18+) with eating disorders, disordered eating, and negative body image, providing individual and group therapy. I completed my Eating Disorder Certificate in 2023 from Lewis & Clark College. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019, from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Studies in 2016, from George Fox University. I believe in building a strong rapport with my clients by using warmth, humor, and empathy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and ensure their needs are being met.
