Biographical Info I bring my authentic self to sessions with my clients, as well as creativity, collaboration, and a bit of humor. I enjoy using a combination of art therapy and traditional talk therapies to help my clients reach a greater sense of wellness in their lives. Most of my clients are adolescents (ages 14+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or eating disorders. I work often with clients who are neurodivergent thinkers (ADHD, Autism), and/or folx who identify as members of the "rainbow" community (LGBTQIA2S+).
