Biographical Info Hello! I specialize in nutrition therapy for individuals affected by eating disorders or disordered eating. I work with adults, teenagers, and caregivers of young children. In 2013 I began working in the eating disorder field with employment at Carolina House’s residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) eating disorder programs. In 2017 I joined a non-diet private practice where I continue to use weight inclusive, responsive feeding, intuitive eating and trauma-informed practices. My goal is to provide highly individualized care for clients, and their loved ones, as they find a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food.
