Dr. Kristin is a licensed naturopathic physician passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming, patient-centered care. She completed her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where she developed a deep commitment to holistic, evidence-based natural medicine.
Dr. Kristin specializes in mental health, eating disorders, autism assessments, neurodivergent care, and LGBTQIA+ care. She approaches healthcare from a Health at Every Size® (HAES®), neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and holistic perspective, thoughtfully blending traditional naturopathy, Western medicine, and mindfulness.
Dr. Kristin strives to create a safe, affirming environment for all patients, supporting them in improving their nervous system health and promoting optimal healing.
Her practice focuses on helping patients identify and remove barriers to health, empowering them with the tools they need for lasting wellness. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including lifestyle modifications, botanical medicine, nutraceutical prescriptions, homeopathy, integrative psychopharmacology, counseling, nutrition, IV therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Known for her empathetic listening and thorough approach, Dr. Kristin fosters a supportive environment where patients feel heard and actively engaged in their health care decisions. She partners with individuals to develop tailored treatment plans that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Outside of treating patients, Dr. Kristin enjoys playing with her cat, hiking, camping, baking, crafts, gaming, and cooking.
