Biographical Info I am a Neurodivergent clinician with over 5 years of experience working in the eating disorder field. With a masters degree in clinical nutrition, I have worked with eating disorder patients in various capacities. Past work includes individual nutrition support, recovery coaching, group courses, facilitating support groups, providing public workshops, and acting as a consultant for local treatment facilities. As a new resident to Washington, I hope to provide similar support in our new locale. My approach involves supporting clients wherever they are in their eating disorder recovery journey. I align with the HAES movement and implement an adapted intuitive eating approach to nutrition. While I am not an RD, I have dietetics education at the undergraduate level in addition to my masters in clinical nutrition. At present, I am a certified Nutritionist through the state of Washington and am working towards further education in the mental health field. Overall, client feedback indicates that they appreciate my holistic approach and relatability as someone who has successfully navigated her own recovery from an eating disorder. I do not currently accept insurance, but I do my best to make my services accessible to those who need them.
