Biographical Info
At Prelude, we provide evidence based eating disorder treatment in an outpatient setting to adults, adolescents and families of all genders and family constellations. Our comprehensive treatment programs include therapy, nutrition guidance, body image and therapeutic movement groups, multi-family groups and ongoing education to help our clients heal their relationships with food, body and each other. We embrace an intersectional, anti-oppression, trauma-informed approach, removing criticism and judgment so clients feel supported, nourished and hopeful about their recovery journey. Our adult and adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) meet 4 hours per day, 4 days per week at times that allow clients to continue to work and go to school.
