Biographical Info My practice specializes in helping individuals grow a positive relationship with food and move away from the damages restrictive diet patterns can cause. I practice from a weight inclusive, Health at Every Size, and intuitive eating approach. I am passionate about helping clients make peace with food, movement, and their body through an individualized approach focusing more on behavioral change and less on numbers. Currently I work with adults 18+ with disordered eating thoughts and behaviors and general nutrition related health concerns. Other services I offer include group nutrition classes as well as cooking demonstrations for private groups and worksite wellness. From my love of food and cooking, I develop recipes for my blog and offer menu/meal planning assistance.
