Rebecca works from a HAES and systemic lens. She is apart of the LGBTA+ community and identifies as Jewish but is open to all spiritualities (or none). Rebecca enjoys working with adult clients on their eating disorder recovery journey. She also sees Body Dysmorphic Disorder, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Rebecca used CBT, ERP, and ACT. She uses yoga and breathwork as a way or re-connecting with the body and allowing the body to inform the needs of the individual. Rebecca believes that everyone can heal, and has the ability to let go of control to lead a more fulfilling life.
