Biographical Info Hi! My name is Trisha and have been working in the nutrition field since 2014, working with the pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations. Having started in the community setting, I recognized the strong correlation between mental health and nutrition, leading me to focus on those struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders. I specialize in disordered eating/eating disorders for adolescents and adults, applying Intuitive Eating principles, All Foods Fit methodology, Mindfulness, and Health at Every Size approach to each individual session. I am familiar with the different levels of care having worked in the partial hospitalization and the intensive outpatient programs.
