Are there questions in your relationships? Do you struggle with problem thought or behavior patterns? Are you distressed by memory of childhood neglect or other trauma? Do you feel shame or regret about yourself, your eating or your body? I help clients to explore and come to terms with issues like these. My education, training and work have given me detailed perspectives about some of the concerns that trouble people - as well as the underlying challenges and complicated feelings that come up in dealing with them. Approach A broad, psychodynamic and integrative background help me work openly, sensitively and flexibly with clients to meet their goals in therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I practice within the profession's highest ethical standards, which includes respect for diversity. Fees & Beyond My standardized fee is $165 for a fifty-minute appointment. When needed I work to set a discounted rate or extended sessions for therapy if for privacy or other reasons people prefer not to use insurance. At this time I primarily offer teletherapy services. Evening and weekend hours are available.
